“Dr. Bo-Kwan is an excellent physical therapist. I’ve been working with him for several months for lower back issues, and the improvement has been significant. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to understand the root of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. He also explains everything clearly and gives practical exercises that have helped me outside of our sessions.”
“I’ve had a fantastic experience for PT with Dr. Jeon at Stepping Stone PT. I’ve found that Stepping Stone was the best option that took my insurance. … Dr Jeon has provided a lot insight on how to help my stubborn left hip and knee pain from lingering running injuries. I wish I could’ve found this sooner.”
“The facility is brand new and spotless, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Dr. Kang is highly knowledgeable and provides exceptional, one-on-one personalized care.”

It depends on your condition. After your first visit, your therapist will give you a clear plan — most patients come 1–2 times per week — and we re-measure your progress at every visit, so you always know where you stand.
Small problems are easier to fix. Pain you could resolve in a few weeks can turn into a months-long problem if you wait — the earlier you start, the shorter your recovery is likely to be.
It depends on your case and your coverage. Many patients start with a prescription from their doctor, and some plans — including no-fault and workers' compensation — require one. If you already have a prescription, bring it with you. If not, call us at (332) 895-5677 and we will guide you.
We check your benefits before your first visit and tell you your coverage and copay up front. We are in network with many major plans and also treat no-fault and workers' compensation cases.
Your first visit includes a full evaluation. Most of each session is with your therapist — we never see more than 2 patients per hour.
Comfortable clothes you can move in. For knee or hip problems, shorts help; for shoulder problems, a tank top or loose shirt makes examination easier.
Often, yes. Many patients combine both — your therapist and our acupuncturist coordinate one plan for you.
